By popular demand, we are now offering some of our client’s favourite menu items as pre-prepared drop off meals. When you order with us, you will receive Piquant quality, affordable food. From Vegan to Carnivore and everything in between, there is something for everyone on our menu.

How long will it take from me ordering my items until I have the food on my doorstep?
Orders must be completed by Friday of each week.

The order will then be dispatched and delivered on the Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.

Other delivery options available if required. Please contact us with your request.

How do I pay?
Once you have placed your order our team will send you an invoice for the goods ordered.

This will be your final chance to confirm your order. We accept Mastercard, Amex and Visa. Please contact us re credit card payment.

The invoice must be paid, and receipt for payment sent through before your goods will be delivered to you.

Will someone need to be home to collect the order?
It is preferred but not essential. The meals will be packaged into boxes and left in a safe space if no one is on the premises to collect the order.

What time will my order be delivered?
We will contact you in advance with an estimated delivery time.

We will aim to deliver all orders from a certain area (e.g. Eastern suburbs) at the same time.

How long will the Piquant Drop Off meals last?
The meals will be delivered to you frozen, these will then last 2 months in -15 degrees celsius temperature.

Once defrosted we recommend that you consume the meal within 4-5 days.

The meals must remain refrigerated once they have been defrosted.
